Open Floor Tanz- Workshop mit der aus Norwegen stammenden Friedensforscherin Hanne Tjersland, die sich in Ausbildung zum Open -Floor -Facilitator befindet. Der Tages-Workshop findet in englischer Sprache statt. Basiskenntnisse in Englisch sind ausreichend.
Open Floor Movement Practice is a lively and sweaty dance inquiry into the full dynamics of being human. Through awareness and movement it explores how we can learn to move with our selves and each other in everything that is present. How can we embrace our full beings? How can we dare move with others in better and in worse? How can we help each other create supportive and inclusive communities? Open Floor teaches no fixed dance steps, but guides participants to listen to, explore and express their own unique dance. Through Open Floor we allow ourselves to be danced through the wisdom of our body. This specific Open Floor Workshop Series explores the topic of HOME through three days spread throughout the autumn of 2018. These three days can be taken individually or as part of a longer journey of deep exploration as they all relate to unique aspects and qualities of HOME.
In October we move into ‘Creating my Home’. We look at how HOME is not a passive state that we finally arrive at when everything falls into place. Rather, HOME is an interaction; it is an active way of being where we stay open to both creating, giving and receiving HOME. It does not mean it is easy. HOME might be a safe place, but the giving and receiving it requires also makes us vulnerable. During this second workshop day, we will practice HOME together on the dance floor. We will explore how and under which circumstances we can give, receive and create HOME for ourselves and also for others.
